  • Deep practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies adapted to game production pipelines, including milestone planning for iterative art production.
  • Expert-level Jira proficiency, including custom workflows, automation, and advanced filtering.
  • Experience with asset-tracking tools such as ShotGrid/Flow, Miro, or Airtable.
  • Deep understanding of external development partnerships, asset specifications, vendor milestones, and delivery processes.
  • Strong communication and diplomacy skills across technical, creative, and external business teams.
  • Solid understanding of the game art production pipeline lifecycle.

Nice to have

  • Experience shipping a Live-Service or Games as a Service title.
  • Experience with 3D software such as Maya or Blender.
  • Experience with Perforce/Helix Core or engine integration tools such as Unreal Engine.

  • Contribute to an exclusive new PlayStation IP and a systemic, evolving AAA multiplayer world.
