Regional Digital Integration Lead (Digital Manufacturing)

Location: US-TX-Cedar Creek, United States; additional locations include Chicopee, Carpinteria, Winooski, Ankeny, Wilmington, North Kingstown, Santa Clara, Folsom, and Newport. Travel required: 35% of the time. Day shift.

Salary: $150,000–$281,250 per year, plus bonus, stock, and benefits eligibility.

What you will do

• Coordinate between regional manufacturing sites and Global Engineering, translating enterprise digital initiatives into scalable manufacturing capabilities.
• Lead deployment and adoption of digital manufacturing frameworks, governance models, standards, and best practices across Americas Regional Manufacturing.
• Assess manufacturing processes, data flows, digital maturity, emerging technologies, AI applications, and manufacturing use cases to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop digital foundation plans covering manufacturing data landscapes, data stewardship, critical stakeholders, and local ownership.
• Advance adoption of electronic batch records, manufacturing execution systems, accessible manufacturing data, and connected digital ecosystems.
• Establish regional incubators, pilot governance, validation, analytics, AI-enabled decision support, capability programs, and communities of practice while tracking adoption and business impact.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation, Computer Science, Physical Science, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering, operational technology, automation, or digital manufacturing.
• Experience implementing and scaling digital manufacturing solutions such as MES, EBR, manufacturing data systems, or connected factory technologies.
• Knowledge of manufacturing data, OT cybersecurity, data governance, and digital technology practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, multi-site, matrix initiatives and influence diverse stakeholders.
