Program Security Representative (PSR) II - Sign-On Bonus up to $10,000.00

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day multi-discipline security support for customer Special Access Programs, SCI, and collateral activities.
• Ensure compliance with NISPOM, DoD, DCID, ICD, and SAP policies.
• Develop, implement, and improve security policies, procedures, systems, and Operations Security training.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks affecting test, training, and operational activities.
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews, track corrective actions, and provide oversight to contractor and subordinate facilities.
• Investigate loss, compromise, or suspected compromise of classified or sensitive information and prepare damage assessments.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required.
• TS/SCI clearance required to start; must be able to attain TS/SCI with CI polygraph.
• SAP experience required.
• 8+ years of related experience or equivalent; experience may vary based on training, certifications, or degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area, or an associate’s degree in a related area plus 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience totaling 4 years.
• Security Fundamentals Professional Certification counts toward 3 years of experience; Special Program Security Certification counts toward 5 years, with SPED certification equivalency capped at 5 years.
• Key skills include facility security, physical security, and system security.

Nice to have

• GSEC, GICSP, or CCNA certification.
