What you will do

• Deliver ground school training programs to business aviation pilots.
• Facilitate engaging classroom learning using varied instructional techniques and adapt delivery to different learning styles.
• Present technical and operational aviation content clearly, accurately, and in a learner-focused manner.
• Maintain a positive learning environment that supports participation and knowledge retention.
• Maintain subject matter expertise through continuous learning and professional development.
• Provide customer-focused training while representing hirify.global and Bombardier products, and collaborate with training teams to improve course content and delivery.

Requirements

• Aviation background, aviation education, or a demonstrated strong interest in aviation.
• Proven ability to teach, coach, or facilitate learning effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
• Confidence speaking in front of groups and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Self-motivation and ability to learn independently and stay current on technical topics.
• Proficiency with classroom technology and virtual training platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering aviation or technical training.
• Experience working in business aviation environments.
• Familiarity with Bombardier aircraft or training programs.

Hiring process

• Initial type training lasts approximately 5 weeks full-time, with the overall training period potentially extending up to 3 months.
• During training, availability of approximately 20–22 days per month is required, with some scheduling flexibility.
• After training, availability of approximately 8–12 days per month is required.
