In-Person Instructor, Data Science And Data Literacy (AI)

Location: Greater Toronto, Ontario, Canada; in-person teaching required

What you will do

• Deliver engaging, practical, in-person data training to corporate professionals.
• Teach data literacy, responsible data access, Excel visualization and analysis, Power BI, and Python basics.
• Translate complex data concepts into actionable insights for business, technical, and executive audiences.
• Prepare curricula, business scenarios, datasets, and hands-on exercises aligned with corporate workflows.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, data scientists, and program managers to refine training content.
• Gather learner and stakeholder feedback and identify opportunities for customized or expanded upskilling programs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in a data-focused role within a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Must be based in greater Toronto and able to teach in person for a Canadian organization.
• Proficiency in one or more of: data literacy and business analytics; responsible data access, data governance, and ethical data use; Excel dashboards, reporting, and business metrics; Power BI data modeling, DAX fundamentals, and interactive dashboards; or Python basics for data analysis and automation.
• Experience delivering training, workshops, or enablement programs for adult learners in professional or corporate settings.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, including comfort engaging senior leaders, managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide upskilling or digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to adapt content for business users, analysts, and technical teams.
