Security Engineer II, Corporate Security (AI)

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States; corporate team members are expected to work in the office at least 50% of the time monthly, typically three days per week.

Salary: $168,000–$210,000 base salary annually, plus equity and other compensation components.

What you will do

• Build and maintain automation for single sign-on, phishing-resistant authentication, and joiner, mover, and leaver access.
• Configure, monitor, and improve MDM, EDR, and SaaS security controls for corporate devices and applications.
• Use agents and code to detect and remediate misconfigurations and excessive access across corporate systems.
• Triage CorpSec requests and security events, participate in the on-call rotation, and address root causes.
• Partner with IT, engineering, and business owners to onboard SaaS tools and AI integrations securely.
• Review code, maintain runbooks, and support security champions and new teammates.

Requirements

• Experience building and operating corporate security controls for identity, endpoint, or SaaS in an organization with 1,000+ users.
• Hands-on experience with identity platforms and protocols such as Okta, SAML, OIDC, and SCIM.
• Experience securing macOS and mobile devices with MDM, EDR, and tools such as Santa.
• Proficiency in Python or Golang and experience building automation that detects risk or accelerates response.
• Hands-on experience delivering production or open-source software through agentic development.
• Familiarity with zero-trust access, including SASE, and cloud-native infrastructure such as AWS and Kubernetes.
• Curiosity demonstrated through experimentation, building, and staying current with open-source and emerging security tools.
• Clear communication of security risks and tradeoffs, with experience influencing teams without formal authority.
