Search & AI Visibility Fulfillment Analyst I

Location: Manila, Pasig, Philippines; hybrid work with office attendance at least two times per week and a night-shift schedule.

What you will do

• Execute technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexing, site structure, on-page issues, and established fixes across multiple accounts.
• Conduct AEO and GEO audits covering AI readability, content structure, schema markup, entity clarity, and AI-crawling protocols.
• Implement on-page, structural, and AI-search optimizations using established frameworks, content briefs, and senior guidance.
• Monitor AI citations and brand visibility across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and other generative search platforms.
• Prepare audit and performance reports with findings, completed fixes, and recommended next steps.
• Manage routine Salesforce account tasks and coordinate SEO, AEO, and GEO execution with content, brand, fulfillment, QA, and leadership teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in SEO, technical website audits, or digital marketing, preferably in a multi-account or agency-style environment.
• Ability to execute website audits and implement optimization fixes using established guidance and frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and at least one SEO audit tool such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog.
• Basic familiarity with schema markup, structured data, AI-crawling protocols such as llms.txt, and how generative AI platforms surface and cite web content.
• Working knowledge of SEO, AEO, and GEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical concepts, and AI answer-engine retrieval and citation.
• Ability to analyze audit and performance data, identify optimization opportunities, implement technical fixes and content updates accurately, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, time management, problem-solving, adaptability, and ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
• Ability to work on a night-shift schedule and report to the office at least two times per week.

Nice to have

• Certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, or digital marketing.
• Willingness to pursue AEO/GEO-specific certifications as they emerge.
