Senior Product Strategy & Management Director – Procure to Pay (AI)

Salary: $117,600–$206,000 per year; incentive eligible.

What you will do

• Identify and evaluate market opportunities through client discovery, competitive analysis, technology trends, and business needs.
• Lead product discovery, including client interviews, hypothesis development, experimentation, prototyping, and solution validation.
• Develop business cases, financial models, ROI analyses, and investment recommendations for product initiatives.
• Define and execute roadmaps for EDI Exchange, Accounts Payable, and other Procure to Pay capabilities.
• Drive delivery of technology-enabled and AI-powered solutions in collaboration with engineering, sales, marketing, client services, and business leaders.
• Influence executive decisions, balance client and business value with technical feasibility, and mentor product managers without direct authority.

Requirements

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Experience leading complex software product initiatives from opportunity identification and discovery through validation and delivery.
• Experience with EDI exchanges, Accounts Payable, Procure to Pay, supply chain, or related enterprise technology solutions.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled software solutions that create business value or operational efficiencies.
• Experience conducting client discovery, hypothesis testing, experimentation, and product-market-fit validation.
• Strong knowledge of modern product management practices, including continuous discovery, empowered teams, and outcome-oriented product development.
• Experience developing and presenting business cases, financial models, ROI analyses, and product investment recommendations.
• Strong technical fluency and strong executive communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
