Credentialing & Payor Enrollment Analyst (Healthcare)

Salary: $70,000–$75,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Own provider onboarding from offer acceptance through readiness to practice, including recredentialing of existing providers.
• Collect, review, and verify provider documentation, including education, training, work history, certifications, and malpractice coverage.
• Prepare and track state license applications, renewals, payor enrollment and re-enrollment applications, payor rosters, attestations, and provider status updates.
• Monitor expirations, deadlines, deficiencies, and enrollment risks; communicate with state boards, regulatory agencies, payors, providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and structured workflows while identifying recurring issues and recommending process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare credentialing, licensing, and payor enrollment, including multistate operations.
• Experience creating and maintaining CAQH accounts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex, document-heavy workflows.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple providers and deadlines.
• Clear, structured written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a startup, growth-stage, or fast-paced healthcare environment.

Nice to have

• Credentialing and enrollment experience with advanced practice providers and/or physicians.
• Familiarity with commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payors.
• Experience supporting provider onboarding at scale or in high-growth organizations.
• Experience with credentialing and enrollment platforms, payer portals, or compliance tracking tools.
