Senior Manager, CrowdStrike AI Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States.

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year.

What you will do

• Build and lead hirify.global’s CrowdStrike Falcon AI Detection and Response (AIDR) deployment practice.
• Deploy, configure, integrate, and verify Falcon AIDR across browser extensions, SDKs, AI/API gateways, MCP proxies, and Kubernetes AI workloads.
• Integrate AIDR telemetry with Falcon Next-Gen SIEM, Cloud Security, Data Protection, Identity Protection, Fusion SOAR, and Charlotte AI.
• Tune prompt-attack, jailbreak, sensitive-data, enforcement, and runtime event policies for client AI environments.
• Validate detection efficacy and latency, create operational runbooks, and hand off ongoing operations to client SOC and managed-services teams.
• Lead client delivery and pre-sales scoping while mentoring consultants and developing reusable deployment and automation assets.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience for Manager or 6+ years for Senior Manager deploying, configuring, and integrating enterprise security tooling, with meaningful CrowdStrike Falcon experience; fewer consulting years may be considered when deep Falcon deployment skills and AI/agent-stack knowledge are demonstrated.
• Hands-on CrowdStrike Falcon deployment experience with at least one of Falcon Insight, Falcon Cloud Security, Falcon Identity Protection, Falcon Next-Gen SIEM/LogScale, or Falcon Data Protection.
• Working knowledge of LLMs, agent frameworks, MCP, AI/API gateways, and RAG architectures, including OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, AWS Bedrock Agents, or Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Working understanding of direct and indirect prompt injection, jailbreaks, multi-modal attacks, and MCP abuse, including MITRE ATLAS detection vocabulary.
• Python proficiency is required; hands-on CQL proficiency is required. LLM SDK and KQL experience are additional pluses.
• Experience building Fusion SOAR playbooks, Charlotte AI workflows, or equivalent Falcon automation content.
• Experience integrating Falcon modules with Next-Gen SIEM/LogScale, including correlation, dashboards, and case management.
• Prior consulting delivery experience scoping, leading, and personally executing external-client deployment engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Direct Falcon AIDR deployment, configuration, or integration experience.
• CrowdStrike Certified Cloud Specialist or additional CrowdStrike credentials.
• Production Falcon Next-Gen SIEM/LogScale content and Fusion SOAR playbook experience at scale.
• Charlotte AI prompts and agentic workflow experience.
• Falcon Cloud Security deployment in Kubernetes or containerized AI environments.
• SDK-level AI application and agent instrumentation, MCP server deployment, and AI gateway architecture experience.
• Tier-one consulting experience with a CrowdStrike-focused delivery practice.
