Professional Services Staff Consultant, XSIAM

Location: Remote, Georgia, United States of America

Salary: $144,000–$198,000 per year; compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.

What you will do

• Lead complex Cortex XSIAM deployments for enterprise clients and tailor implementations to customer requirements.
• Develop custom playbooks, automation workflows, and log-event correlations for specific security use cases.
• Act as a subject-matter expert on XSIAM for customers and internal teams.
• Identify root causes of technical issues, develop solutions, and support successful project delivery.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to methodologies, playbooks, and best practices for the XSIAM Professional Services portfolio.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of extensive experience deploying and managing SIEM platforms, including log parsing, correlation, and strategy.
• Extensive experience deploying and managing EDR, XDR, or endpoint platforms and agents.
• Experience with Linux systems administration.
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript for custom integrations and advanced playbook development.
• Advanced understanding of APIs and integrating XSIAM with security tools and infrastructure components.
• Expertise designing and implementing complex security use cases to streamline security operations.
• Strong foundation in security concepts, frameworks, and compliance standards, with the ability to provide strategic guidance.
• Proven experience leading large-scale XSIAM deployments for enterprise clients.
• Architectural expertise in designing scalable, secure, and performance-optimized XSIAM solutions.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP and their security services.
• Deep understanding of incident response, including triage, investigation, and remediation.
