Senior Manager, CrowdStrike Cloud Security, Cyber Engineered Defense (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Build and lead hirify.global’s CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security deployment practice for client AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
• Deploy cloud accounts, Falcon sensors, agentless scanning, Kubernetes admission controllers, serverless protection, container registry scanning, IaC scanning, and CIEM.
• Configure CSPM, CWP, KSPM, ASPM, DSPM, CIEM, ExPRT.AI, IOM, IOA, and custom CQL detection content.
• Integrate cloud telemetry with Falcon Next-Gen SIEM, Falcon Fusion SOAR, Falcon Identity Protection, Falcon Insight, Falcon AIDR, and Charlotte AI.
• Tune detection and prioritization policies, validate coverage against the MITRE ATT&CK Cloud Matrix, and hand off runbooks for ongoing operations.
• Advise client cloud, DevSecOps, and SOC teams; support pre-sales and proof-of-value work; develop reusable deployment assets; and mentor consultants.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience for Manager or 7+ years for Senior Manager deploying, configuring, and operating enterprise cloud security tooling, with meaningful CNAPP, CSPM, CWP, or container/Kubernetes security experience. These years are guidelines and may be offset by CCCS certification and demonstrable Falcon Cloud Security experience.
• Hands-on CrowdStrike Falcon platform experience is required, including Falcon Cloud Security or equivalent hands-on experience with a competing CNAPP and willingness to ramp on Falcon Cloud Security.
• Experience deploying, configuring, and integrating cloud security platforms across AWS, Azure, and GCP, with working depth across at least two hyperscalers.
• Hands-on Kubernetes security experience covering EKS, AKS, GKE or self-managed Kubernetes, Pod Security Standards, admission controllers, RBAC, and container runtime protection.
• Hands-on Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform, plus CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep, Helm, and IaC security scanning in CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of cloud log analysis across AWS, Azure, GCP, and Kubernetes environments.
• Knowledge of cloud-native attack tradecraft mapped to the MITRE ATT&CK Cloud Matrix, including credential theft, IMDS abuse, role chaining, container escape, Kubernetes RBAC abuse, storage exfiltration, and supply-chain attacks.
• Hands-on scripting and query proficiency with Python, Bash, PowerShell, and CQL; KQL is an advantage.
• Experience with Falcon Fusion SOAR playbooks, Charlotte AI workflows, or equivalent Falcon automation content, and prior consulting delivery for external clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• CCCS certification, with candidates hired without it expected to certify within their first 90 days; additional CrowdStrike credentials are beneficial.
• Cloud-native, Kubernetes, foundational cloud, or industry security certifications such as AWS Security Specialty, AZ-500, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Security Engineer, CKS, CKA, CCSP, CISSP, GCSA, or GCLD.
• Experience with Falcon Next-Gen SIEM/LogScale content, production Falcon Fusion SOAR playbooks, Charlotte AI workflows, or competing CNAPP migration projects.
• Experience with service mesh, secrets management, policy-as-code, tier-1 cloud security consulting, M&A cloud due diligence, tenant consolidation, or cloud migration security.
