iOS Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote - Bulgaria

What you will do

• Develop high-quality iOS applications and user-facing features for a product reaching millions of users.
• Write maintainable Swift and SwiftUI code using established architecture and design patterns.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, analytics, and engineers from concept through release.
• Integrate APIs, manage data and state, and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and reliability improvements.
• Use AI coding assistants and agents for development, testing, and reviews while owning final code quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
• At least 1 year of experience building iOS applications in Swift.
• Familiarity with MVC or MVVM, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
• Understanding of API integration, data persistence, and state management.
• Interest in learning CI/CD, automated testing, and mobile release processes.
• Strong attention to detail, clean coding practices, effective communication, collaboration, and interest in intuitive user-focused mobile experiences.
• Interest in adopting AI-assisted development workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code or Codex.
