Community Manager (Reddit)

Location: Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania; office work is encouraged with the possibility of up to two remote days per week.

Gross salary: €2,500–€3,300 per month, depending on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Build and lead hirify.global’s presence across UGC platforms, primarily Reddit.
• Define goals and strategy for Reddit and other high-authority platforms to shape brand sentiment and organic visibility.
• Audit how Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar AI-powered tools characterize the brand.
• Participate in Reddit threads and online communities while maintaining credible, platform-appropriate engagement.
• Evaluate and implement monitoring and automation tools to improve efficiency and measurability.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Reddit, including moderation, community building, or brand participation.
• Understanding of how UGC platforms influence brand reputation.
• High-level strategic judgment about when to engage and how to maintain credibility in sensitive spaces.
• Fluent English and the ability to adapt writing style to platform-specific norms.
• Comfort balancing high-level strategy with daily execution in a fast-paced environment.
