Head of Supply Chain (Robotics)

Location: Paudex, Vaud, Switzerland; hybrid workplace with the option to work remotely up to 2 days per week

hirify.global is a Swiss robotics scale-up developing collision-tolerant flying robots for indoor inspection of confined and hazardous spaces.

What you will do

• Lead strategic procurement and sourcing for electronic components, including semiconductors, PCBs, and passive components.
• Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, supply continuity risks, and cost optimization.
• Establish and lead an S&OP process covering demand forecasting, capacity planning, and financial targets.
• Drive ERP implementation and integration, including workflow mapping, master-data standardization, and inventory visibility improvements.
• Oversee global logistics, warehousing, customs compliance, and inventory control.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a six-person supply chain and purchasing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience, including hardware, electronics manufacturing, or high-tech equipment manufacturing.
• 5+ years of operational and strategic procurement experience.
• Hands-on experience in electronic component procurement, global vendor management, and component lifecycle management.
• Proven experience implementing, migrating, or significantly scaling an enterprise ERP system; Odoo is a plus.
• Demonstrated success designing and running an enterprise S&OP cycle from scratch.
• Native or fluent English and French, written and spoken, are strictly required.
• Strong leadership, communication, vision-setting, objective definition, and methodical change-management skills.
• Ability to travel.
