Order Handling Specialist (m/f/d) (80-100%) (SAP)

Location: Hybrid role based at the hirify.global site in Untersiggenthal, Switzerland

What you will do

• Execute customer projects end to end, from order entry through invoicing, including schedule and process coordination.
• Manage material, logistics, and transportation processes in SAP.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across Sales, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Controlling, Quality, Freight Forwarding, and Project Management.
• Deliver customer-focused, cost-efficient, and solution-oriented project execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support business and performance targets.

Requirements

• Commercial training with solid experience in project execution and order handling.
• Expert knowledge of SAP MM and SD modules and MS Office.
• Experience with global projects and the implications of Incoterms.
• Strong written and spoken German and English communication skills are required.
• Motivation to explore new topics and contribute in an agile work environment.

• SharePoint knowledge.
