Service Ops Specialist (Financial Services)

Location: Hybrid — Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States

Base salary: $54,400–$81,600 USD annually, with potential variable pay depending on the role.

What you will do

• Manage and analyze daily cash activity, cash-flow reconciliations, and cash forecasting for AEIS bank accounts.
• Monitor electronic files, business partner requests, client cash sweeps, and operating accounts to ensure funds are settled or invested appropriately.
• Review incoming cash transfers and process outgoing domestic and international payments accurately and on time.
• Communicate with internal and external business partners regarding inquiries, issues, and escalated requests.
• Cross-train across cash management and reconciliation functions and participate in business continuity, disaster recovery, and project activities.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent two-year education; post-secondary education and relevant work experience may be interchanged to meet the combined minimum qualifications.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to research and resolve issues using analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight time frames and deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to understand and communicate complex issues.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent four-year education.
• Experience in the financial services industry.
