Associate - Investor Services Launch (Fintech)

Location: New York, NY, hybrid; onsite work required 6 days per month. Candidates who will eventually need sponsorship for continued work authorization in the United States cannot be considered.

Salary: $70,000–$75,000 USD annually, plus possible discretionary bonus and/or equity awards.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for fund investors and managers by email and telephone.
• Process investor subscriptions and redemptions according to offering documents and AML requirements.
• Communicate pending transactions and confirm cash activity with fund management, banks, and fund accounting.
• Prepare and validate investor statements, letters, and related documents.
• Maintain distribution information and prepare wire transfer instructions through online banking platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a similar field.
• Previous experience in banking, hedge funds, or private equity funds.
• Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Must have continued US work authorization without requiring sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering and KYC procedures.
