Pricing Lead (Automotive)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain pricing frameworks, methodologies, governance standards, and reference prices across regions, business units, service lines, and client segments.
• Support pricing strategies, strategic bids, complex proposals, key accounts, negotiations, and commercial opportunities by evaluating scenarios, margins, risks, and profitability.
• Monitor pricing performance, profitability, discount levels, and market competitiveness; provide recommendations for decision-making.
• Develop pricing KPIs, dashboards, and management reports.
• Improve pricing processes, tools, reporting capabilities, and quotation systems in collaboration with IT, Digital, and Sales Operations.
• Partner with Finance, Product Managers, Business Units, Sales, Business Development, and Account Management teams as the organization’s pricing expert.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in commercial, controlling, or pricing roles.
• Strong understanding of commercial processes and contract law.
• Proficiency in data analysis and CRM platform usage.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and objective setting.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for working across multiple departments and geographies.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Fluent English required.
