Location: In-office in Farmers Branch/Dallas, TX, or Pittsburgh, PA; Phoenix, AZ; Strongsville, OH; Birmingham, AL; or Denver, CO

Base salary: $91,000–$202,800 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Influence the planning and execution of technology risk management programs and communication strategies.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across infrastructure, data, information security, MIS, governance, and technology control environments.
• Build relationships with technology leaders to monitor and communicate risk issues at appropriate management levels.
• Coordinate and implement risk management activities across technology segments to meet regulatory expectations and organizational risk appetite.
• Act as an escalation point and subject matter expert, evaluating self-assessments against risk frameworks, standards, and control requirements.
• Interpret security and threat intelligence, develop risk analysis approaches, identify trends, and support risk-informed decisions.

Requirements

• University or college degree, typically a bachelor’s degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience; an equivalent combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with technology change management policies, procedures, processes, and controls.
• Experience with multiple IT service management disciplines and the interdependencies of Change, Incident, Problem, and Knowledge Management.
• Experience with technology processes, risks, controls, and process improvement methods.
• Knowledge of information security management, internal controls, technology environments, planning, problem solving, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• No required certifications or licenses.

Nice to have

• Extensive experience with the Change module of ServiceNow.
• Certifications in ITIL, technology risk, cybersecurity, or AI.
• Knowledge of AI governance, risk and compliance, risk control, and SQL.
