What you will do

• Establish strategic scientific and operational frameworks guiding transformation across R&D functions.
• Lead integration of transformation activities across multiple areas and define priorities for cross-platform portfolios with strong governance.
• Advise R&D leadership and build organizational capabilities and offerings through internal and external networks.
• Set the people and capability strategy for R&D transformation, sponsoring continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Drive new ideas into practical strategic options and long-term innovation roadmaps while addressing complex business and industry challenges.
• Align enterprise stakeholders and deliver transformation benefits, measurable organizational improvements, consistent practices, and reusable best practices across the hirify.global network.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Science, or Engineering.
• Significant experience supporting or leading large-scale organizational transformation and influencing senior stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Ability to lead stakeholder strategy across teams and functions, aligning scientific capability with business needs.
• Ability to bridge technical innovation with company and platform strategy so transformation benefits are realized commercially and operationally.
• Experience setting people and capability strategies, developing senior talent, and fostering inclusive, high-performance cultures.
• Strong influencing, negotiation, strategic execution, empowerment, coaching, change leadership, critical thinking, and innovation skills.

Nice to have

• Management consulting experience.
• Professional certification in Change Management, such as PROSCI, coaching, or organizational development.
