Global Master Data Professional - Fixed Term Contract

Location: Visp, Switzerland; full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract.

Global life-sciences manufacturing organization with more than 30 sites across five continents, developing and manufacturing medicines and therapies.

What you will do

• Represent the Global Master Data Management team in cross-functional and global initiatives.
• Investigate complex master data issues, perform root cause analyses, and implement MDM solutions.
• Design, develop, and enhance solutions for reporting, analytics, data visualization, and data quality management.
• Support major business rollouts through master data activities, large-scale migrations, and mass data uploads.
• Manage and optimize ETL processes for efficiency and reliability.

Requirements

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, databases, and master data concepts.
• Continuous-improvement mindset and interest in using technology to improve outcomes.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work in an international, multicultural environment.
• Fluent English and working proficiency in German required.

• Working knowledge of SAP.
