Enterprise Asset Management - Junior (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve enterprise asset management programs covering hardware, software, network, endpoint, and cloud assets.
• Oversee asset discovery, inventory reconciliation, classification, prioritization, and lifecycle management.
• Integrate asset intelligence with vulnerability management, configuration management, risk assessments, incident response, and security operations.
• Manage and optimize ITAM, SAM, EAM, and CMDB processes and platforms.
• Establish asset governance, secure configuration standards, and compliance practices aligned with NIST, ISO 27001, and FISMA.
• Manage software licensing, dashboards, KPIs, reporting, audits, and asset data integration to reduce risk and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience leading enterprise ITAM, SAM, or EAM initiatives in large, complex IT environments.
• Hands-on experience implementing, administering, and optimizing enterprise asset management and CMDB platforms such as ServiceNow, Flexera, Ivanti, or BMC.
• Knowledge of asset discovery, inventory reconciliation, classification, and lifecycle management for hardware, software, network, endpoint, and cloud assets.
• Experience with software licensing models, license compliance, vendor management, asset utilization analysis, and cost optimization.
• Understanding of cybersecurity practices and NIST RMF, NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, ISO 27001, and FISMA, including vulnerability management and security compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau, plus familiarity with scripting, automation, and asset data integration.
• Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills, including cross-functional coordination and governance development.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• At least one relevant certification required: CITAM, CSAM, ITIL, CISSP, or CISM.
