Location: Framingham, MA, United States; relocation to the office location required. Full-time onsite co-op, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, for six months.

Salary: $35–45 USD per hour.

What you will do

Plan, design, and execute experiments with a supervisor.
Perform mammalian cell culture, including cell thawing, maintenance, routine culture, transfection, selection, freezing, and production batches.
Analyze and interpret experimental data and results.
Document laboratory experiments promptly according to standard guidelines.
Perform additional experiments and duties as assigned with the supervisor.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in molecular biology, cell biology, biochemistry, life sciences, or a related field.
Must be permanently authorized to work in the United States and must not require employment-visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Students on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT generally do not qualify unless they have an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.
Must remain enrolled at an accredited college or university throughout the co-op.
Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, for the full six-month duration.

Nice to have

Experience with molecular biology, mammalian cell culture, or aseptic techniques.
Ability to use Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Effective communication with supervisors and teams.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, critical thinking, and an innovative, creative mindset.
