Junior Intelligence Analyst (CWMD)

What you will do

• Conduct in-depth analysis of WMD and CBRN-related threats supporting homeland security missions.
• Develop written reports, briefings, and presentations for DHS leadership and partner organizations.
• Identify and assess homeland WMD threats and contribute to recommendations to mitigate and disrupt them.
• Serve as a contributing or primary author on selected analytic products and projects, according to experience level.
• Coordinate with DHS Components and other U.S. Government and Intelligence Community partners.
• Apply structured analytic techniques and intelligence tradecraft to mission requirements.

Requirements

• Active DoD TS/CI Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Political Science, Security Studies, or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of experience in intelligence analysis or a related analytical field.
• Foundational understanding of intelligence analysis principles, processes, and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based analytic environment.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting CBRN or WMD-related intelligence analysis.
• Familiarity with intelligence systems, tools, or law enforcement intelligence environments.
• Experience producing written analytic products for government or operational customers.
