Senior Procurement Leader Operations

Location: Solna, Sweden; recruitment is also available at the Gothenburg and Stockholm sites. The position requires security vetting, and additional citizenship obligations may apply for roles requiring security clearance.

What you will do

• Lead operational supply performance and delivery capability across the site, tracking KPIs and supporting recovery plans and escalations affecting production or customer commitments.
• Organize operational meetings and daily coordination across Procurement, Production, Planning, Logistics, Quality, and Engineering.
• Act as Procurement's primary operational counterpart to Production and Planning, coordinating priorities, capacity considerations, and supply activities.
• Develop the future operational supply organization within Procurement and support managers, team leads, and operational buyers.
• Drive standardization, best practices, processes, methods, governance, new tools, and continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain teams.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Production Planning, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading teams, projects, workstreams, or operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and operational execution.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to drive change and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Successful completion of security vetting is required; additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, defense, or similarly complex environments.
