Junior Content Producer (AI)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden, with regular time in the office, especially during launch periods. Eligibility to work in Sweden is required.

What you will do

• Develop and manage an AI-driven production platform, including tools, workflows, documentation, and approved-copy training for the language model.
• Handle digital assets by uploading, adapting, formatting, and delivering materials to the correct Nordic market and deadline.
• Produce smaller campaigns from brief to delivery and support producers during major launches.
• Plan Nordic copy-deck translations, coordinate proofreaders, and maintain glossaries and terminology with the client.
• Map current workflows and propose improvements.

Requirements

• Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English.
• Ability to quickly learn new digital platforms and work across several tools at once.
• Structured and precise approach to deadlines, files, and versions.
• Clear communication with colleagues and client contacts.
• Collaborative, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented.
• Eligibility to work in Sweden.

Nice to have

• Experience in an agency, production company, or in-house marketing department.
• Experience with content production and workflow automation, including DAM, CMS, or similar digital asset and content systems.
• Experience with copy or translation/localization workflows across multiple markets.
• Interest in or experience with AI tools in production.
• Availability to start in December 2026.
