Enterprise Integration Developer (Azure/.NET)

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of complex enterprise integrations for high-volume tolling operations.
• Integrate SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Azure, IVR systems, payment gateways, backend databases, toll collection systems, traffic management systems, and other external platforms.
• Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, custom middleware, reusable libraries, integration frameworks, and Azure Functions using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core Web API.
• Design and optimize Azure Service Bus solutions, including queues, topics, subscriptions, sessions, and dead-letter queues.
• Optimize IVR systems, data flows, transaction processing, system interoperability, performance, and application reliability.
• Create technical and functional documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, test plans, impact analyses, and best practices, following Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission standards.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of developer or comparable technical experience, including enterprise integrations, Azure cloud solutions, IVR systems, and external system integrations; tolling experience is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience developing complex enterprise integrations for high-volume organizations using SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience designing and implementing tolling integrations with toll collection and traffic management systems.
• Strong understanding of Azure government and commercial cloud platforms, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise application integration, middleware, APIs, cloud hosting, and data exchange.
• Advanced hands-on experience with C#, .NET 8+ or supported .NET LTS versions, and ASP.NET Core Web API.
• Extensive experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, Azure Functions, custom middleware, reusable components, and shared integration libraries.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Service Bus queues, topics, subscriptions, sessions, and dead-letter queues.
• Experience designing secure REST APIs and implementing JSON/XML transformations, validation, and data mapping; experience with high-volume transaction processing and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and optimizing IVR systems in tolling or similar customer-facing environments.
• Knowledge of tolling industry standards, regulatory requirements, and operational best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
