Senior Analyst, Treasury & Tax Operations

What you will do

• Oversee payment approval workflows, approval matrices, authority limits, debt service payments, rejected payments, bank reconciliations, and treasury control audit requests.
• Administer bank portal and treasury-system access using role-based permissions, remove access for leavers and role changes, and conduct periodic access reviews.
• Coordinate authorized signatories, board resolutions, bank mandates, KYC and AML requirements, account openings, refreshes, and signatory registers across entities and banks.
• Support the 13-week consolidated cash forecast, intercompany funding, short-term cash investments, liquidity monitoring, and treasury reporting.
• Coordinate US sales and use tax filings, global indirect tax compliance, corporate income tax estimates, withholding tax payments, R&D tax credit claims, and transfer pricing settlements.
• Manage external tax providers and support acquisitions, integrations, automation, AI initiatives, and ad hoc tax and transfer pricing projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in treasury, tax, or a closely related finance role in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
• Strong understanding of payment controls, segregation of duties, and user access governance.
• Experience preparing bank documentation, including KYC materials, mandates, incumbency certificates, and signatory changes, across multiple banking partners and jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with cross-border payments, withholding tax, intercompany settlements, and short-term cash investments.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience with Avalara and NetSuite.
• Experience in a high-growth or private-equity-backed technology company.
• Hands-on experience overseeing payment approval workflows and administering multi-bank portals; CitiDirect or comparable platforms.
• Experience with US sales and use tax compliance, including multi-state registrations and filings; global indirect tax exposure such as VAT/GST.
• Experience with Pigment or a comparable planning tool.
• Completed or in-progress professional qualification in treasury, tax, or accounting, such as AMCT, CTP, CTA, IPT’s CMI, CPA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
