Product Designer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, product designers, and senior management.
• Design complex user interfaces and flows, explain design decisions, and build consensus around design direction.
• Build and ship polished, production-ready UI.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and other UX methodologies to identify insights, define personas, and map user journeys.
• Iterate on feedback from internal stakeholders and customers while accounting for technical constraints and business requirements.
• Identify opportunities and propose improvements to the design system.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a product, UX/UI, interaction, information architecture, or similar designer.
• Experience working on complex products and systems.
• Comfort working with AI and building in code.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools.
• Strong visual and interaction craft, especially for data-dense interfaces.
• Background in user research and data research.
• Ability to balance long-term design goals with an Agile-based iterative approach.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating work experience, creative thinking, visual design skills, design process, UX flows, and interaction patterns is critical for interviewing.

Nice to have

• Experience with cybersecurity or network products.
