Product Designer (UX/UI) - Base44 (AI product design): Shaping and evolving the core experience and design foundations of an AI-powered platform with an accent on user research, design systems, and hands-on prototyping. Focus on building functional prototypes with Claude and Codex, translating complex systems into pixel-perfect solutions, and driving product design projects end-to-end.
Location: Tel Aviv; remote work is indicated in the conditions.

What you will do
- Own the functional and visual design of Base44 products and evolve the product experience and design foundations.
- Build and prototype working product experiences with AI coding tools such as Claude and Codex.
- Apply AI to create innovative, data-informed, and personalized user experiences.
- Research users through support tickets, product data, usability tests, interviews, and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, analysts, and UX/UI designers to define requirements and design solutions.
- Drive projects end-to-end and contribute to professional growth through guild courses, workshops, and mentorship.
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX and UI design experience in product teams.
- Strong understanding of UX patterns and the full product lifecycle, including research, prototyping, design, and usability testing.
- Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Claude and Codex, with sufficient technical and development knowledge to build functional prototypes, understand code, and collaborate with engineers.
- Proficiency in Figma and strong experience building and working with design systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a passion for continuous learning.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to understand complex systems and turn them into clear, pixel-perfect design solutions.
