Product & Content Designer (Wix Editor)

Location: Tel Aviv; fully in person, 5 days per week from the office.

What you will do

• Apply visual design expertise across brand identity, design systems, typography, layout, and composition to shape how website content is structured and presented.
• Work with product managers, engineers, UX designers, and other designers to identify user needs and develop scalable solutions.
• Create design assets, conduct product research, and test concepts and new design approaches to assess viability.
• Develop design and content frameworks and guidelines for templates, components, and content patterns across product platforms.
• Help shape AI-powered editor experiences using LLMs, generative models, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in design systems, product design, or graphic design.
• A diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating and refining digital experiences, including websites and landing pages.
• Exceptional graphic and visual design abilities using typography, layout, and composition.
• Understanding of digital and web design principles, including historical and contemporary design.
• Expertise with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of usability testing, concept validation, and design evaluation methods.
• Experience with design research methodologies and the ability to distil complex research into practical design frameworks.
• Experience with AI model evaluation and optimization.
