Senior Product Designer (Cortex Platform)

Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel; office-based full time with flexibility when needed.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design from discovery and user research through high-fidelity design and final implementation.
• Translate complex cybersecurity problems into elegant, user-friendly product experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to shape product strategy and user experience.
• Use data, research, and empathy to inform design decisions and iterate on features.
• Create and maintain clear, consistent, and scalable design deliverables in Figma.
• Advocate for design excellence, provide feedback to other designers, and contribute to an inclusive design culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience designing digital products, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong visual design sensibility and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience using qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions and rationale to varied audiences.
• Ability to execute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
