Outreach & Partnerships Specialist

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end data collection campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and other online platforms.
• Collaborate with clients, Sales, and Data Operations to align campaign priorities and objectives.
• Research software user audiences and develop new methods for generating reviews.
• Handle inquiries about review submissions, rewards claims, and related support needs.
• Aggregate and report campaign and team metrics, identify trends, and contribute to Data Operations projects.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong business and/or IT acumen.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability with internal technologies and systems.
• Ability to manage diverse and complex campaigns while adapting to shifting priorities.
• Strong clear, compelling, and concise communication skills for internal and external communications.
• Persistence, resilience, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a results-driven approach.
• Self-motivated, task-oriented, and eager to learn, innovate, and develop new data collection and marketing solutions.
