TL;DR
Senior Java Full-Stack Developer – DevOps (Java/Angular): Developing and evolving business-critical web applications with an accent on resilient architecture, CI/CD automation, and application performance. Focus on integrating Apache Kafka, managing Kubernetes-based deployments, optimizing observability and stability, and mentoring junior developers.
Location: Lisbon, hybrid, with up to 3 remote days per week; candidates must have an existing legal right to work in Europe.
Salary: €4,410–€5,250 gross for B2B or €2,300–€2,650 net for a permanent contract.

What you will do
- Develop, maintain, and evolve web applications with Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
- Analyse requirements, contribute to technical design, and implement new features.
- Build scalable, resilient, and high-quality software solutions in an Agile, multidisciplinary environment.
- Implement and optimise CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and environment management.
- Monitor application stability and performance and contribute to architecture and development improvements.
- Support technical decisions and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
- Strong command of Java and Spring Boot, with solid Angular experience.
- Hands-on DevOps experience covering CI/CD, deployment automation, and environment management.
- Experience with Apache Kafka for event integration and processing.
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerised environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
- Fluent English and an existing legal right to work in Europe are required.
Nice to have
- Solid SQL and relational database knowledge.
- Experience with microservices architectures.
- Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and logging.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
