IT Service Product Manager for Material Contracts and Advanced Planning (Aerospace)

Location: Getafe Area, Spain; hybrid working model when possible. A security clearance is required for this activity or must be issued by the responsible authorities.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT products, applications, and services from conception and design through industrialization, operation, and retirement.
• Lead multifunctional teams responsible for product and service development and operations against operational SLAs.
• Own continuous release management and apply a DevOps mindset to maintain reliable and efficient IT services.
• Translate product vision into a prioritized backlog aligned with the business product owner and end-user needs.
• Define chargeback models and the go-to-market approach for products and services.
• Analyze business requirements and design functional solutions for systems supporting aerospace material contracts, spares, planning, demand, pricing, quotation, orders, and delivery.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent graduate qualification in Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Aeronautics, or a related field.
• Experience with negotiation of supplier contracts, IT and business strategy alignment, digital service lifecycle assessment, product lifecycle control, product and service planning, problem solving, solution deployment, and user centricity.
• Familiarity with aeronautics topics and spares configuration.
• Web development and cryptography knowledge.
• Negotiation-level Spanish and English, plus strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good coordination, presentation, ownership, tenacity, adaptability, and flexibility.
• A security clearance is required for this activity or must be issued by the responsible authorities.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle, XML and schema documents, C, C#, Java, JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Big Data, or Analytics.
• Knowledge of export control.
