Senior Full-Stack Engineer (AI)

Location: Ramat Gan, Israel. Full-time, onsite role.

Builds trust, safety, and security solutions for AI systems, including model evaluations, red-teaming, runtime guardrails, and drift detection.

What you will do

• Own the AgenticVerse SaaS application across frontend, backend, data models, and APIs.
• Build researcher workflows for authoring tasks, launching runs, managing gyms, and reviewing results.
• Present traces, verifier results, and agent failures clearly while maintaining performance, reliability, access control, and observability.
• Take features from design through production and collaborate directly with researchers.
• Build digital twins of real products, including their UIs, API backends, and persistent state.
• Expose agent actions as events that verifiers can grade.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-stack engineering experience building production SaaS applications.
• BSc in Computer Science or a related field, preferably from a leading university.
• Strong TypeScript and React skills, plus experience with a backend language; Python is preferred.
• Experience designing APIs and data models for multi-user applications.
• Production experience with Docker and cloud infrastructure; AWS is preferred.
• High autonomy in undefined spaces, with the ability to turn loose problems into working code.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Hands-on AI engineering with LLMs, agents, or evaluations.
• Experience building developer tools or internal platforms.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Background in security, red teaming, or trust and safety.
