Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: Jerusalem, Israel; hybrid work with attendance at the Jerusalem office at least 3 days a week.

What you will do

• Build and ship end-to-end features across backend services and frontend applications.
• Design and build APIs and third-party integrations, including integrations with major technology platforms.
• Own the reliability of lead delivery and CRM integrations by identifying root causes, fixing issues, and preventing recurrence.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, Support, and Performance to turn requirements into technical specifications and working software.
• Profile, monitor, and refactor production systems; write automated tests and help deploy and test new features.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field, ideally with top grades.
• 3–5 years of fullstack software development experience in a SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining web applications.
• Experience with a modern frontend framework such as React or Angular.
• Deep familiarity with and daily hands-on use of AI and emerging technologies.
• Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar databases.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, or similar services and tools.
• Experience designing and working with microservices architecture.
• Fluent Hebrew and English, including communication in both languages.
• Ability to work from the Jerusalem office at least 3 days a week.
• Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, urgency, and problem-solving skills; ability to break projects into milestones, prioritize tasks, generate solutions, and work independently under tight deadlines.
