Experienced Algorithm & Software Engineer (Autonomous Driving)

What you will do

• Develop algorithms and full-stack applications for validating neural networks and autonomous driving technologies.
• Design and implement Ground Truth generation solutions using offline neural networks and other techniques.
• Solve algorithmic problems involving mapping, geometric analysis, and statistical performance evaluation.
• Build scalable tools to analyze, visualize, and demonstrate algorithm performance in real-world driving scenarios.
• Research and implement techniques that improve algorithm accuracy, validation quality, and development efficiency.
• Own projects from problem definition and algorithm design through implementation, integration, and performance evaluation while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in algorithm development or software engineering.
• Proven software development experience and strong programming skills, including strong Python skills.
• Strong algorithmic and problem-solving abilities, including experience with geometric or data-driven algorithms.
• Experience designing and developing end-to-end software solutions.
• Ability to independently investigate complex problems, learn new technologies, and drive tasks to completion.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate algorithm performance using data and statistical methods.

Nice to have

• Experience with machine learning, deep learning, or computer vision.
• Experience with neural networks and automated Ground Truth generation or data annotation pipelines.
• Experience with Java, Angular, SQL, or full-stack application development.
• Experience with large-scale datasets and tools for data analysis and visualization.
