What you will do

• Execute procurement strategy for the vegetable category and manage the supply chain from copackers to brands and markets.
• Optimize the supplier base, specifications, contractual terms, costs, quality, and end-to-end commercial value.
• Use market intelligence to forecast price and market trends and lead supplier negotiations.
• Define and deliver sustainable and ethical sourcing actions while strengthening supply chain resilience.
• Select, manage, and evaluate suppliers, resolving quality, service, cost, compliance, and regulatory issues.
• Lead procurement actions for product changes and SKU rationalization across multiple functions, geographies, and categories.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) or similar qualification.
• Experience working in multinational commercial organizations of scale is essential.
• Extensive procurement experience within a matrix organization.
• FMCG and food manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver commercial value through negotiation, supplier relationship management, and commercial awareness.
• Experience working on multifunction, multigeography, and multicategory activities and projects.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, including distilling detailed information into clear key messages.
