Implementation Consultant - Housing

Location: Remote or hybrid, subject to location; home-based with occasional travel to customer or company sites within the UK. Candidates must have a pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.

What you will do

• Implement and configure NEC Housing Management System modules, particularly Allocations and Housing Advice/Homelessness.
• Deliver remote and occasional on-site training for customers and internal teams, adapting sessions to different audiences.
• Provide best-practice advice and consultancy to existing NEC Housing customers.
• Create and maintain training courses, user guides, and solution design manuals.
• Collaborate with customers through Microsoft Teams, including recorded training sessions, and support end-to-end implementation projects.
• Stay current with Social Housing Management developments and incorporate relevant practices into consultancy and training.

Requirements

• In-depth expertise in Allocations and Homelessness processes using Housing Management Software.
• Experience implementing Housing Management Systems or modules, including configuration and build.
• Experience delivering high-quality training and consultancy services with positive feedback from diverse audiences.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts for end users.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining training materials, courses, and solution design manuals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects after becoming proficient with the system.
• Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid arrangement depending on location, travel occasionally within the UK, and provide evidence of pre-existing UK work and travel rights.
• Offers are subject to satisfactory vetting, references, and occupational health checks; a DBS check may also be required depending on the role.

• Experience creating, configuring, and implementing wider NEC Housing System modules.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and training delivery best practices.
