(Junior) Project Manager (m/f/d) (Gaming)

Location: Berlin, Germany; permanent, full-time office position.

hirify.global is a Berlin-based game development studio behind Albion Online, a cross-platform MMO with more than 350,000 daily players and over 2 million monthly website visitors. The studio employs more than 110 people and has been part of Stillfront Group since 2020.

What you will do

• Research a wide range of games-related topics and prepare professional presentations.
• Prepare decision documents for important product and business topics.
• Independently execute ad-hoc tasks and smaller projects.
• Improve document and process management and provide structure across the business.
• Support leadership and operational units in daily business activities.
• Assist with legal and regulatory compliance, focusing on privacy-related topics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently with strong attention to detail.
• Experience creating professional presentations and documentation.
• Strong analytical and research skills, including synthesizing information into actionable insights.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• Proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Project management experience in a creative industry, ideally gaming or entertainment.
• Familiarity with Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Knowledge of gaming industry trends and game production workflows.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders or supporting senior leadership.
• Experience managing smaller projects and basic knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Additional language skills relevant to the gaming market.
