Platform Engineer

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid, with work from the Warsaw office 2 days per week and remote work on other days.

What you will do

• Design and maintain secure, scalable, resilient, and observable infrastructure for a high-scale development and deployment environment.
• Build and manage infrastructure as code to support fast, standardized, and reliable deployments.
• Evolve CI/CD systems, tooling, and automation to improve deployment speed, consistency, and developer experience.
• Work with Security, Data, ML, and Product teams to align infrastructure with technical and business goals.
• Own post-deployment systems, including observability, failover planning, incident response, documentation, and post-incident reviews.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, retrospectives, and planning focused on infrastructure performance and resilience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing production systems on AWS; Azure and AliCloud experience is a plus.
• 2+ years of production experience with Kubernetes.
• 3+ years of experience with Terraform and GitOps workflows.
• Proficiency with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Coralogix, or Loki.
• Solid knowledge of Linux and scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or similar CI/CD tools.
• Proficiency in Python or Golang.
• Analytical, system-level thinking and strong collaboration skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Nice to have

• AWS, Kubernetes, or Terraform certifications.
