Senior Content Editor (AI)

Location: Remote from anywhere; European, Middle Eastern or African working hours.

What you will do

• Own editorial direction and content quality across the company’s software and SaaS products.
• Manage a small team of skilled writers and maintain high editorial standards.
• Edit and improve AI-generated content to make it valuable, effective, and relevant to readers.
• Use content metrics to evaluate performance, test ideas, and guide decisions.
• Work with the CEO, marketing, and product teams to shape high-quality content practices.
• Take independent ownership of editorial work and its measurable results.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in content writing and editing, preferably in high-quality editorial environments.
• Experience managing small teams of skilled writers and improving and maintaining content quality.
• Excellent editing and copywriting skills with strong editorial judgment.
• Experience using AI effectively to create and edit content.
• Comfort working with metrics and taking responsibility for content performance.
• Strong editorial intuition, curiosity, independence, and willingness to experiment and make decisions.
• Experience with technology, software, SaaS, or technical content.
• Ability to work European, Middle Eastern, or African working hours.

Hiring process

• Initial HR interview covering background, experience, expectations, and the role.
• One or two technical interviews lasting 60–90 minutes each, focused on real experience, problem-solving, and work approach.
• A 14-day paid test may follow successful interviews, then an Independent Contractor agreement and a three-month trial period.
