Senior Software Engineer (iOS/Swift)

Location: 1375 Crossman Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94089, United States; onsite role.

Salary: $117,000–$234,000 per year, plus annual or quarterly performance incentives.

What you will do

• Assess customer and business expectations, classify requirements, identify solution risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Contribute to user stories, solution design, detailed module designs, technology selection, and project delivery.
• Build and configure application components that meet functional, security, availability, scalability, and maintainability requirements.
• Develop automation scripts for CI/CD, testing, and repetitive processes; implement telemetry and monitoring.
• Create and execute test cases, analyze and resolve defects, perform regression testing, and troubleshoot performance and availability bottlenecks.
• Conduct application maintenance, re-engineering, log and metrics analysis, change-request evaluation, and milestone tracking.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related area, plus 1 year of software engineering or related experience; or a bachelor's degree or equivalent in one of these areas, plus 3 years of software engineering or related experience.
• Any amount of experience with the required skills will be accepted.
• Designing and building iOS applications with Swift and SwiftUI, including UIKit, Cocoa Touch, and platform-specific capabilities.
• Implementing and maintaining MVC, MVVM, and VIPER architectures for modular, testable, and maintainable codebases.
• Building and integrating Node.js and GraphQL APIs, including schema design, testing, and response optimization.
• Monitoring application performance, crash stability, and success rates; debugging with Xcode, Instruments, and logs.
• Writing unit tests with XCTest, conducting code reviews, static analysis, and test automation.
• Using Core Data, Core Animation, GCD, and other iOS frameworks for UI rendering, background processing, and persistent storage.
• Collaborating with product, design, and UX teams to translate user needs into technical solutions and mobile experiences.
