Senior iOS Engineer (IIoT)

Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $140,000–$180,000 per year plus competitive equity package.

What you will do

• Design, implement, stabilize, release, and maintain reliable, scalable, and extensible features for the iOS platform.
• Improve application performance, quality, and responsiveness through testing and optimization.
• Write readable, well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders to define and prioritize features, estimate work, and deliver on time.
• Use Git, JIRA, and design documents for communication and documentation.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for iOS applications and support smooth deployments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of senior-level iOS development experience.
• Proficiency in Swift, with a strong understanding of SwiftUI, UIKit, and concurrency in Swift.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to backend services.
• In-depth knowledge of Apple design principles, interface guidelines, and best practices.
• Experience writing Unit, Functional, and Integration/End-to-End tests.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment processes.
• Strong understanding of Git and version control systems.
• Demonstrated experience submitting multiple applications to the App Store and familiarity with the submission process.

Nice to have

• Experience with CoreML, Objective-C, Combine Framework, and Core Data.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and cloud messaging APIs for push notifications.
• Basic understanding of the Oil & Gas industry, including operators and production equipment such as flare stacks, compressors, and transfer pumps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
