UX Internship - Summer 2027

Location: On-site at hirify.global’s Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, United States. All positions are on-site.

What you will do

• Contribute to UX design projects that improve the customer experience across hirify.global’s eCommerce channels.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitive analyses and interview stakeholders to identify and validate user needs.
• Create research-based prototypes and design concepts using a user-centered approach.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders on UX projects.

Requirements

• Full-time, 12-week internship open only to junior-status college students.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Experiential Design, Human Factors, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating UX Design experience.
• Curiosity about the user perspective.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Completion of a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening is required for all new hires.
