Test Project Engineer (Automotive, Brakes & Misuse)

What you will do

• Organize test plans and manage vehicle and test-part samples.
• Understand and apply brake and misuse test procedures.
• Configure instrumentation and data-acquisition systems, including data loggers, sensors, and driverless robots.
• Supervise and manage brake and misuse tests, including participation in proving-ground testing when required.
• Analyze test data and prepare reports for final clients.
• Participate in project meetings with customers.

Requirements

• Automotive or mechanical engineering education.
• 1–5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Automotive technical knowledge, including the functions and behavior of main vehicle components.
• Professional working proficiency in English, minimum B2.
• Good communication skills and confidence in discussions with different hierarchical levels.
• Empathy, team spirit, proactive attitude, assertiveness, commitment, goal orientation, successful delivery, and strong service orientation.
• Willingness to work in an international, multicultural environment and passion for the automotive sector.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of robotics, electronics, instrumentation, or radio control.
• Previous testing experience.
• Knowledge of any additional language.
