What you will do

• Formulate complex business and technology problems, define success criteria and metrics, quantify business impact, and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Translate business requirements into strategies, initiatives, and projects; evaluate business cases, ROI, and execution deliverables.
• Identify suitable data sources, assess data quality, and work with SQL, NoSQL, distributed datastores, data warehouses, and large structured and unstructured datasets.
• Select, develop, and refine features and analytical models; conduct exploratory data analysis, experiments, model evaluation, and continuous model learning.
• Develop machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, NLP, forecasting, and optimization solutions using advanced statistical and numerical methods.
• Deploy scalable production-grade data science solutions and mentor junior associates on data sources, quality, and analytical practices.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field plus 3 years of analytics or related experience; or bachelor’s degree or equivalent in one of these fields plus 5 years of analytics or related experience.
• Experience implementing data science solutions in cloud environments, including Google Cloud and Azure.
• Experience coding in Python and C++, using R, and applying statistical, machine learning, and deep learning frameworks including scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Experience with computer vision, including ResNet50 and fast.ai for image segmentation and object detection.
• Experience with big data and data integration technologies, including BigQuery, Spark, Hive, Hadoop, Databricks, Snowflake, and Collibra.
• Experience with feature engineering, exploratory data analysis, SQL, ETL, and data visualization using tools such as Glue, KNIME, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn, ggplot, and Spotfire.
• Experience implementing supervised and unsupervised machine learning, including clustering, PCA, ARIMA, hierarchical linear modeling, gradient boosting, optimization, neural networks, NLP, and time-series forecasting.
• Experience with model evaluation, testing, tuning, advanced statistics, and production deployment using MLflow, Docker, and Kubernetes.
