Senior Quality Engineer (QA Automation)

Salary: $82,493.00–$155,000.00 per year, plus annual or quarterly performance incentives.

What you will do

• Build and maintain reusable, parallel, independent, and scalable automated test suites and test cases.
• Automate repetitive tasks and releases, identify automation opportunities in CI/CD and testing, and implement telemetry features.
• Test APIs and Azure Cloud solutions using Java-based frameworks, and perform performance testing with LoadRunner.
• Provide operational support for systems engineering solutions by investigating issues, identifying root causes, implementing or escalating solutions, and communicating resolution status.
• Maintain infrastructure, backups, patches, hot fixes, database integrity, configuration baselines, virtual machines, and system health monitoring.
• Support requirements traceability, capacity management, version control, infrastructure design, documentation, and mentoring of team members.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related field plus 1 year of experience in software quality assurance, manual or automated testing, or related experience; or bachelor's degree or equivalent in one of these fields plus 3 years of such experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining Java automation test suites and automated API and Azure Cloud tests using Rest Assured, TestNG, Maven, and Extent Reports.
• Experience with performance testing using LoadRunner and deploying rollouts using DevOps.
• Experience integrating testing frameworks using Looper, applying QA testing methodologies and Agile software development, and executing SQL queries to fetch data.
• Experience designing Cucumber test-case frameworks, using Git for code changes, and using GitHub.
